Suitable for all solvent-based systems, especially for curtain coatings. Works as a post-additive to break foam created during manufacturing. Add in system slowly while slow stirring.

AFCONA-2036 can break foam created during processing and application. It is compatible with most resins. Recommended to be applied for bubble elimination during spray and brush application of medium viscosity coatings.

The most compatible defoamer in AFCONA products, recommended for clear coating. Excellent performance in PU,epoxy, UV and UPE. Widely used in refinish top coatings, UV and wood coatings.

Same family as AFCONA-2035, with levelling properties. Recommended to test it next to AFCONA-2035 because they have different performance.

A defoamer with good compatibility and excellent defoaming performance. Particularly suitable for the systems from medium to high polar,such as PU, epoxy, TPA and UPE.

AFCONA-2048 is especially suitable for high gloss solvent-based wood coatings. It has very good compatibility and will not cause unacceptable haziness. AFCONA-2048 is extremely suitable for brush application where is required quick solvents evaporate and rapid defoaming.

Due to a high molecule weight polymer, it is possible that AFCONA-2050 can cause slightly haze appearance in clear coating. But in acrylic system, it may give very good compatibility and strong defoaming performance. AFCONA-2050 is special suitable for various solvent-based systems.

This is a strong defoamer for all solvent-based coatings.

AFCONA-2280 is a defoamer special designed for wood coating containing pigment and matting agent system, such as NC, polyester and PU. It has rapid de-aerating ability.

AFCONA-2501 is a mineral oil based defoamer containing small amount of silicone to give better deaeration. AFCONA-2501 is special suitable for all kind of water-based coatings from decorative paint to water-based printing ink. Due to its composition is mainly mineral oil, it is only suitable for preparation of base coating where high shear force is not applied for long time.

AFCONA-2502 is a defoamer modified with polysiloxane and cotaining hydrophobic particle for water-based system. It is suitable for normal water-based system, such as coating and ink, as well as for preparation of pigment pastes. Due to its very resistance to shear force and temperature, therefore it is also suitable for pigment concentrates and other high filled and high solid content system.

AFCONA-2503 is a defoamer for water-based system. It is mainly for the preparation of pigment concentrates. Comparing to AFCONA-2502, it gives less crater sensitivity and improves levelling.

AFCONA-2505 is a defoamer for water-based systems, based on polyether modified polysiloxane. It is suitable for all kind of water-based systems and water-based pigment concentrates.

AFCONA-2507 is a water-based defoamer based on organically modified polydimethylsiloxane. It is suitable for all kind of water-based systems and water-based pigment concentrates with excellent anti-foam and defoaming.

AFCONA-2508 is a water-based defoamer based on polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane. It has good anti-foam and defoaming performance, can eliminate the bubble during the application of airless spraying and conventional compressed air spraying.

Water based silicone-free polymer defoamer used in water-born industrial coatings.

AFCONA-2524 is a water-based defoamer especially designed for PU dispersion system. It has very good defoaming performance, as well as good levelling and anti-crater properties. It is based on modified polysiloxane, and very easy to incorporate into system even under very low shear force.

AFCONA-2530 is a very effective defoamer, mainly used to prevent the foam created during manufacture and application. Good compatibility and very suitable for transparent coating film.

A silicon containing defoamer in emulsion form for water-based system. Suitable for different kind of water-based coating, such as general industrial coating and wood coating. It has good anti-foam and inner-foam defoaming performance, as well as reduce the possibility of film defects such as crater, fish eye, ect.

AFCONA – 2590E is an effective defoamer for general industrial paints, wood coatings and etc. It can prevent formation and destroy the foams under the surface. And it can also reduce the chances of carters and fish eyes.

AFCONA-2592 has very high resistance to shear force, and will not lose defoaming performance. Due to its rapid moving to the film surface, it also can eliminate foam in high viscosity and high solid content systems. Very suitable for removing fine foam during application of airless spraying and rolling.

AFCONA-2605-5B is a silicon cotaining defoamer. It has good anti-foam ability while can rapidly eliminate foam in the system.

AFCONA-2620 is a silicon containing defoamer. It gives good anti-foam performance while break foam by rapid moving to the surface. Also can break foam caused by reaction.

AFCONA-2620-85D1 is a strong silicon containing defoamer for solvent free and sovlvent-based high viscosity systems.

Mainly used in UPE, epoxy, polyester baking and UV coating, also suitable for coil coating and can coating.

A defoamer dissolved in a reactive solvent. For UV coating.

Very strong defoamer and deaerator. Suitable for high solid and high viscosity systems, such as PU and epoxy flooring coating. Additional good levelling effect.

An improved version of AFCONA-2720 for UPE. It gives better transparency and defoaming performance.

AFCONA-2754 is a quick deaerator agent special designed for solvent-based PU and solvent-based epoxy flooring coating.

A fluorocarbon modified silicon containing polymeric defoamer. Effectively prevents foam created by manufactureing and application, and helps to break foam. It has good compatibility with most resin systems.

AFCONA-2790 is a silicon containing defoamer, suitable for solvent-based systems, such as epoxy, PU, UV, UPE and screen ink,etc.

AFCONA-2791 is a silicon modified defoamer, suitable for solvent-based systems. Good anti-foam and break foam ability. Effectively prevents foam from systems. Deaerate fine foam in system and break foam on surface quickly. Recommended for high solid content coatings and ink systems.
