AFCONA-2502 is a defoamer modified with polysiloxane and cotaining hydrophobic particle for water-based system. It is suitable for normal water-based system, such as coating and ink, as well as for preparation of pigment pastes. Due to its very resistance to shear force and temperature, therefore it is also suitable for pigment concentrates and other high filled and high solid content system.
AFCONA-2503 is a defoamer for water-based system. It is mainly for the preparation of pigment concentrates. Comparing to AFCONA-2502, it gives less crater sensitivity and improves levelling.
AFCONA-2505 is a defoamer for water-based systems, based on polyether modified polysiloxane. It is suitable for all kind of water-based systems and water-based pigment concentrates.
AFCONA-2507 is a water-based defoamer based on organically modified polydimethylsiloxane. It is suitable for all kind of water-based systems and water-based pigment concentrates with excellent anti-foam and defoaming.
AFCONA-2508 is a water-based defoamer based on polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane. It has good anti-foam and defoaming performance, can eliminate the bubble during the application of airless spraying and conventional compressed air spraying.
AFCONA-2524 is a water-based defoamer especially designed for PU dispersion system. It has very good defoaming performance, as well as good levelling and anti-crater properties. It is based on modified polysiloxane, and very easy to incorporate into system even under very low shear force.
AFCONA-2530 is a very effective defoamer, mainly used to prevent the foam created during manufacture and application. Good compatibility and very suitable for transparent coating film.
A silicon containing defoamer in emulsion form for water-based system. Suitable for different kind of water-based coating, such as general industrial coating and wood coating. It has good anti-foam and inner-foam defoaming performance, as well as reduce the possibility of film defects such as crater, fish eye, ect.
AFCONA-3250 is specially developed for applications where slip is the most important factor and foam stabilizing effect is undesired. AFCONA-3250 belongs to the same family of AFCONA-3230. AFCONA-3230 is effective only in PU coating, while AFCONA-3250 is effective in all solvent-based coatings such as NC, Acid curing. Thus AFCONA-3250 meets the needs of most coating formulation designers for high slip, unstable foam and high transparency.
An improved version of AFCONA-3250. Further improves levelling and reduces foam stability, as well as mantains the same high slip.
AFCONA-3252 is 100% active content of alkyl modified polysiloxane. It can provide paint film very smooth hand-feeling, as well as help leveling and imrpove flatness of film.
A fluorocarbon modified polyacrylate with water soluble by neutralization with a suitable amine. Gives excellent levelling effect of long wavelength.
Emulsion of non-polar polysiloxane in water. Gives water resistance and slip performance without foam stabilizing problem. Provides hydrophobic effect at high dosages.
Fluorocarbon modified polyacrylate for water-based systems with excellent anti-crater and levelling properties. Recommended only for systems with pH higher than 8.
Short chain polysiloxane without intercoat adhesion problems in many coating systems. Very strong anti-crater property. Need to be combined with suitable defoamer. Recommended for electrodeposition coatings and all other water-based systems.
AFCONA-3581 is 50% solution of AFCONA-3580 in solvent-based.
Substrate wetting and leveling agent for water-based system. It can eliminate crater and help waterborne film spread on the substrate with low surface tension, such as plastic substrate.
Organically modifeid polysiloxane levelling agent. Compared with AFCONA-3585, it has different modified structure. Results in different surface tension reduction and substrate wetting performance in different systems.
Rapidly reduces surface tension. Excellent anti-crater property without foam stabilizing problem. No influence on recoat.
Silicon modified levelling agent with comblike sturcture. Reduces surface tension rapidly. Excellent anti-crater property without intercoat adhesion problem.
Levelling agent with extremely short molecular chain. Rapid surface tension reduction. Quick moving in the defective area of paint film without foam stabilizing and intercoat adhesion problem.
AFCONA-3590 is a fluorocarbon modified polysiloxane leveling agent designed with special sturcture. It can quickly reduce the surface tension and improve the performance of substrate wetting, as well as excellent anti-crater property. It gives no influence on intercoat adhesion.
AFCONA-3593 is a substrate wetting agent based on polyether modified polysiloxane designed with special structure. It can quickly reduce the surface tension in water-based systems and improve the performance of substrate wetting, as well as excellent anti-crater property.
Substrate wetting agent based on organic fluorine modified polydimethylsiloxane. Strong surface tension reduction. It can quickly improve the film defects caused by substrate wetting problem.
Substrate wetting agent based on polyether modified polysiloxane designed with special structure. It gives excellent wetting and leveling effect, as well as good defoaming performance in water-based systems.
AFCONA-4530 is a polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments in water-based systems. It gives excellent stability on all kind of pigments through the effective steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion.
AFCONA-4531 is a polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments in water-based and solvent-based systems. In solvent-based, AFCONA-4531 is a polar polymer where it gives very good compatibility with difficult polar systems, such as NC, wash primer,etc.. Pigment paste prepared by AFCONA-4531 gives very easy incorporation property. In water-based, AFCONA-4531 should be pre-neutralized before it can be completely soluble in water. AFCONA-4531 is not suitable for preparation of resin free pigment concentrates.
Water-based PH independent dispersant for all kind of pigments. Can be used as effective dispersant in formulation of resin free pigment concentrates.
40% solid content version of AFCONA-4550. Water-based PH independent dispersant for all kind of pigments. Cab be used as an effective dispersant in formulation of resin free pigment concentrates.
High molecular weight polyacrylic dispersant. In water-based industrial coating, it is used to dipserse titanium dioxide and inorganic pigments while will not affect water resistance property.
PH independent water-based dispersant for all pigments. Better viscosity reduction and pigment stability than AFCONA-4550. Used as an effeictive dispersant in the formulation of resin free pigment concentrates.
As a dispersant, AFCONA-4590 can be used for all water-based coating, decorative and industrial coating in combination with grinding resin. In addition it also can be used in preparation of water-based resin free pigment concentrates. These RFPC have an universal character. Means it can be used in water-based as well as solvent-based coating.
Good wetting and dispersing performance for inorganic pigments, organic pigments and carbon black. Can be used in the preparation of water-based pigment concentrates with high loaded pigments and fillers. Effectively reduce viscosity of pigment concentrates to ensure the continuity of application.
AFCONA-4595 is an improved version of AFCONA-4560. It has better viscosity reduction for pigments especially carbon black. Also can be used as a higher effective dispersant in the preparation of pigment concentrates.
High molecular weight wetting and dispersing agent modified with new sturcture polyacrylate. Has excellent dispersion and stability on inorganic pigments, organic pigments and carbon black.
A solvent version of AFCONA-4599. Suitable for the speical application process where it is applied in the preparation of solvent-based metal powder slurry, which is then incorporated into water-based system. It has very few influence on water resistance compared with conventional wetting and dispersing agents.
100% solid version of AFCONA4701 (solvent free version).
AFCONA-4720 is an advanced three block high molecular weight dispersant with A-B block head and anchoring group structure. This structure provide the best balance between wide compatibility and adaptability for universal pigments.
Fatty acid modified oligomer containing several surfactants. Used in preparation of universal concentrates, improves color development and color acceptance of colorant. Universally used in water- and solvent-based systems.
AFCONA-5585 is a latest water-based high molecular weight dispersant with PU structure. Especially designed as main dispersant for all pigments in water- and solvent-based universal concentrates and water-based industrial pigment colorants.
Fatty acid modified emulsion. Recommended to improve color acceptance of colorants in base paints. Can improve gloss in NC.
Has better pigment stability comparing to AFCONA-6220. Not only improves color acceptance but also is an effective dispersant for all kind of pigments in water-based and solvent-based systems. Can be used for the preparation of universal concentrates in water-based resin free colorants formulation.
Based on the technology of AFCONA-6225 while conformed to the latest environmental safety satandard. Maintains all properties of AFCONA-6225.
High molecular weight wetting and dispersing agent for water-based systems. Used in the preparation of water-based universal concentrates to improve color development, as well as improve color acceptance of colorant in polychromatic systems.
AFCONA-6507 is an improved version of AFCONA-6226. Recommended for water-based general industrial coating. It is a excellent wetting and dispersing agent for high filler and extender loaded pastes.
AFCONA-6530 is a VOC free additive for water-based systems. It is used to adjust viscosity of coating in can, improve anti-sagging and anti-settling performance.
Solvent-borne
AFCONA-2024 gives quick defoaming and anti-foaming effect in solvent-based systems, also shows self-levelling effect. Due to its lower polar, AFCONA-2024 shows very good anti-foaming and defoaming performance in the systems from medium to high polar.
Universal defoamer for all systems from low to high polar. Moderate performance, well balanced between defoaming and compatibility.
The most compatible defoamer in AFCONA products, recommended for clear coating. Excellent performance in PU,epoxy, UV and UPE. Widely used in refinish top coatings, UV and wood coatings.
Same family as AFCONA-2035, with levelling properties. Recommended to test it next to AFCONA-2035 because they have different performance.
A defoamer with good compatibility and excellent defoaming performance. Particularly suitable for the systems from medium to high polar,such as PU, epoxy, TPA and UPE.
A solvent free defoamer with no silicone content. Act as a deaerator special designed for UV system and epoxy.
A solvent free defoamer with no silicone content. Used in various industrial coatings for anti-foaming and improving surface performance.
Mainly used in UPE, epoxy, polyester baking and UV coating, also suitable for coil coating and can coating.
A defoamer dissolved in a reactive solvent. For UV coating.
A fluorocarbon modified silicon containing polymeric defoamer. Effectively prevents foam created by manufactureing and application, and helps to break foam. It has good compatibility with most resin systems.
Universal slip and levelling agent for all solvent- and water-based systems. Very effective against Benard cells and good anti-crater property in PU. Moderate slip.
Fluorocarbon modified polysiloxane with strong surface tension reduction, which results in excellent anti-crater property, substrate wetting and improved vertical levelling properties. Suitable for solvent- and water-based systems.
Supplied in 100% active ingredient. Strong slip with wet feeling. Suitable for UV, metal coating and baking paints. Also enhance film build in refinish paints.
100% active version of AFCONA-3033.

Silicon modified levelling agent with comblike sturcture. Reduces surface tension rapidly. Excellent anti-crater property without intercoat adhesion problem.
Improved version of AFCONA3777. Based on the same chemistry but with better anti-crater performance. Suitable for all solvent-based systems.
High fluorocarbon content polyacrylate with very strong surface tension reduction. An excellent additive for anti-crater, substrate wetting and promoting vertical flow. Suitable for all solvent-based systems, especially car refinish, plastic coating and industrial coating.
AFCONA-3758 is mainly developed to replace fluorocarbon modified levelling agent. It gives good levelling and anti-crater performance.
First generation fluorocarbon modified polyacrylate. Suitable for all solvent-based coating to improve levelling, anti-crater and substrate wetting. New developed generation products will perform better if special function needed.
A reactive polyether modified polysiloxane with methacrylate functional group that can crosslinking to UV/EB systems. With this property, it allows formulator to formulate a permanent slip film for anti-blocking and anti-scratch coating.
A high reactive polyether modified polysiloxane. Can crosslinking to UV/EB. It can provide the film with extremely high smoothness to meet the releasing effect of film in the next processing.
A good dispersant for inorganic pigments especially titanium dioxide and matting agent, also can be used as co-grinding agent. Combined with AFCONA-5065 or AFCONA-5066 to improve co-grinding performance.
AFCONA-4011 is an improved version of AFCONA-4010. It has better costing performance. AFCONA-4011 is a polymeric dispersant especially developed for stabilizing inorganic pigments, such as titanium dioxide, iron oxide and matting agent. Due to its good compatibility with almost all of resins in coating, AFCONA-4011 can be used in almost all of solvent-based coating systems.
AFCONA-4050 is a more economical dispersant comparing to AFCONA-4046. It can disperse all kind of pigments effectively. Recommended for PU, backing coating, epoxy system,etc.
AFCONA-4053 adopts latest long chain structure as steric hindrance and anchor group as terminal end. It has excellent wetting and disersing ability for inorgnaic pigments, orgnaic pigments and carbon black.
AFCONA-4060 is a medium to low polarity dispersant. Sutiable for coil and can coating, polyester coating.
AFCONA-4063 is a PU dispersant with excellent compatibility and viscosity reduction. Used as main dispersant for all solvent- based system and universal concentrates.
A PU dispersant with wide compatibility. Excellent tinting strength and viscosity reduction. Used as main dispersant.
A PU dispersant with 100% active content. Recommended for solvent free systems, where conventional wetting and dispersing agent can't perform with organic pigments and carbon blacks. Very good compatibility with TPA, NC and CAB. Due to its solvent free, it is very interesting for inks dispersion.
AFCONA-4201 has the same structure as AFCONA4200. However, its polymer chain is longer, which provide better steric hindrance. Thus, it shows stronger pigment stability, color development and high gloss. Due to its better compatibility in TPA system, AFCONA-4200 performance is better.
AFCONA-4203 is a high molecular weight dispersant specially designed by AFCONA, based on the latest long chain steric hindrance structure and new achoring group as terminal end. Gives good wetting and dispersing performance for inorganic pigments, organic pigments and carbon black.
New type of PU dispersant based on polyether modified. Recommended to prepare universal concentrates of carbon black and organic pigments with the grinding base of polyalcohol, elasticizer.
Novel high molecular weight dispersant with polyvinyl modified polymer. Used in dispersing inorganic pigments like titanium dioxide, to prevent floating.
AFCONA-4701 is a polymer based on CRP technology. Compared with AFCONA-4700, AFCONA-4701 has better stability for organic pigments, such as organic red, violet, yellow, green and blue.
A special dispersant for pure white paints. Very good viscosity reduction. Suitable for most solvent-based systems. Not suitable for air-drying alkyd systems.
Surfactant modified phosphate polymer, belonged to ionic wetting and dispersing agent. Suitable for inorganic pigments, mainly for titanium dioxide, matting agent and filler.
AFCONA-5053 can help wetting and dispersing inorganic pigments, such as titanium dioxide, transparent iron oxide and filler. Also can be used in preparation of high matting agent loaded paste to improve the efficiency of adding matting agent into coating system.
100% active content version of AFCONA-5010.
Acidic polyester modified phosphate compound. Belonged to ionic wetting and dispersing agent. Suitable for inorganic pigments, mainly for titanium dioxide and filler. No crystallization problem at low temperature.
Solvent free polyphosphate dispersant. It is stability at low temperature. Gives high effectiveness in dispersing inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide and tranparent iron oxide.
